We are looking for a ***Bilingual IT Support Specialist*** **Key Responsibilities:** * Administration of Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and Microsoft 365\. * Management of users, groups, and permissions aligned with security policies. * Google Workspace administration: user, group, and permission creation. * Configuration and support for Ubiquiti and Cisco Meraki devices. * LAN/WAN, VLANs, firewalls, VPN, routing, and switching maintenance. * Configuration and maintenance of Windows and Linux workstations. * Tier 1–2 technical support for \~68 employees. * Resolution of hardware, software, and connectivity issues. * Documentation of incidents, solutions, and inventory. **Candidate Requirements:** * Advanced/fluent English * 2\+ years of experience in systems or network administration. * Solid knowledge of Windows, Active Directory, and GPOs. * Experience with Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD and Microsoft 365\. * Networking knowledge: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, VLANs, routing, firewalls. * Experience installing and configuring networking equipment. * Ability to work independently. * Effective communication and service-oriented mindset. **Position Details:** * 100% on-site work in Lima. * Schedule: Monday to Friday, 12 p.m. – 9:48 p.m. * 4 weekly rotating shifts, with 2 rotating days off per week based on scheduling * Formal employment registration from day one, including all statutory benefits. * Salary: S/4,000 \- S/6\.000 * Food card: S/300 monthly. * 100% covered EPS health insurance. * Dynamic work environment focused on employee well-being.
