Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive Breakfast Buffet Supervisor with a strong service orientation to handle preparation, replenishment, guest service, and cleaning in the breakfast area. Independent working environment Job Profile: Breakfast Buffet Supervisor Schedule: 6:30 AM to 10:30 AM **Main Responsibilities** * **Preparation:** Prepare juices, coffee, and fry eggs, among other items, on demand. * **Replenishment:** Continuously monitor and restock food, beverages, and tableware at the buffet station. * **Guest Service:** Greet guests with hospitality and assist with their needs during breakfast. * **Cleaning:** Clear and disinfect tables, maintaining order and hygiene in the dining hall and workstation. **Requirements** * **Experience:** Minimum 6 months in the food service industry (restaurants, cafeterias, or related). * **Languages:** Basic English (ability to greet and answer simple questions from foreign guests). * **Skills:** Proactivity, strong service orientation, punctuality, and ability to work independently. Salary: Up to S/.600.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
