The candidate must demonstrate leadership skills, proactivity, structured inventory management, patience, and consistently show support and a positive attitude toward the team. Additionally, the candidate must hold a degree in Business Administration or a related field, and have at least one year of experience managing a food business. Proficiency in Excel is required; intermediate English is desirable but not mandatory.
