Key Responsibilities: 1. CONTENT STRATEGY - Design and CREATE the *monthly and quarterly content plan* (organic and campaign-based for paid media). - Define *editorial pillars* (educational, commercial, emotional, institutional). - Align content with *marketing and sales objectives*. - Propose and implement special campaigns (launches, scholarships, workshops, events). 2. PLANNING AND CONTENT CALENDAR - Create and maintain the **content calendar** per channel: - TikTok / Instagram / Facebook / Reels / YouTube / LinkedIn / - Coordinate and execute key dates (live sessions, commercial campaigns, seasonal promotions). - Prioritize formats based on performance (reels, carousels, live sessions). 3. PRODUCTION AND COORDINATION - Brief and coordinate with: - Graphic / Audiovisual Designer / Editor - Validate scripts, copy, and assets prior to publication. - Ensure visual and tonal consistency with the British House brand. 4. COPYWRITING AND MESSAGING - Write persuasive copy targeting: - Engagement - Lead generation - Conversion - Adapt messaging per social platform. - Include clear CTAs aligned with the commercial funnel. 5. SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGEMENT - Schedule and publish content. - Respond to key comments and messages (or coordinate with community team). - Launch interactive initiatives (Q&As, polls, live sessions). 6. CROSS-DEPARTMENTAL COORDINATION: COMMERCIAL, ACADEMIC 7. BRANDING AND POSITIONING - Maintain the brand’s **voice, tone, and narrative**. - Ensure visual and conceptual consistency. - Position British House as an **educational benchmark**. 8. ANALYSIS AND OPTIMIZATION - Measure weekly and monthly performance: - Reach / Engagement / Leads generated - Analyze which formats and messages convert best. - Optimize strategy based on results. Requirements: Minimum 2–3 years of proven experience creating content from scratch (not merely replicating trends). Knowledge of social media, storytelling, creative writing, and digital formats. Ability to propose original visual and narrative ideas. Familiarity with tools such as Canva, CapCut, Photoshop, or similar is desirable. Collaborative mindset, solution-oriented attitude, and passion for digital communication. Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., and Saturdays, 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. (remote).
