We are seeking a Contract Administration Assistant to support mobile services management and assist in crime prevention.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage and submit documents for mobile service contracts
2. Monitor billing and re-billing of the portfolio
3. Actively participate in improving management systems

* Collect and submit documents required to formalize mobile service contracts.
* Request bank guarantees and track expiration dates of mobile services.
* Monitor billing and re-billing of the government portfolio for mobile services.
* Prepare and coordinate responses to client (Government) requests and official letters.
* Update the Government Portfolio Database for mobile services.
* Track uncovered balances and service suspensions for mobile services.
* Prepare and submit monthly reports on active mobile service contracts.
* Provide necessary resources to comply with the Crime Prevention Model and facilitate required information for identifying MPD-related risks within the respective area.
* Comply with, and ensure team compliance with, guidelines established in implemented and/or certified management systems.
* Actively participate in developing, implementing, and improving management systems, and promote such practices within teams.
**Candidate Requirements**

* Completed university degree in Law, Administration, Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields
* Desirable knowledge of public procurement processes
* Basic English proficiency
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office
