Learn about the O&M Coordinator Cajamarca position. * Coordinate predictive, preventive, and corrective operation and maintenance of nodes and telecommunications infrastructure. * Ensure service continuity and availability for nodes under your responsibility. * Supervise fieldwork conducted at sites within your residential zone and other assigned regions. * Manage and track network incidents, ensuring timely resolution and SLA compliance. * Monitor network performance indicators (KPIs), identify deviations, and propose improvements. * Plan, coordinate, and control adherence to preventive and corrective maintenance schedules. * Manage inventory; develop incident response procedures, technical reports, and documentation related to operation and maintenance. What We Need From You: * Minimum 3 years of experience in operation and maintenance of nodes and telecommunications infrastructure. * Experience supervising technical teams and managing vendors in the field. * Experience in site maintenance, power systems, climate control, infrastructure, and incident management. **Candidate Requirements** -------------------------- * Bachelor's degree in Engineering: Telecommunications, Electronics, Electrical, Electromechanical, or related fields. * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Intermediate proficiency in Power BI. * Basic English proficiency. * Class A1 driver's license. * Residence in Cajamarca (preferred). * Willingness to travel for supervision to other areas under your responsibility. **Selection Process** ------------------------ Our selection process is conducted via Aira — a recruitment platform designed to enhance your application experience.
