Our people make the difference in our success. **Contract Type:** Regular (Indefinite) **What Are We Looking For?** Responsibilities: * Conduct exploratory and evaluative research activities to generate relevant insights about users, their needs, behaviors, pain points, and opportunities for improvement in products, services, or experiences. * Support operational planning of research initiatives by organizing activities, timelines, resources, participants, materials, and dependencies required for successful fieldwork execution. * Prepare research guides, protocols, stimuli, and materials, ensuring methodological consistency, clarity of objectives, and alignment with established specialty guidelines. * Conduct qualitative or evaluative fieldwork, applying defined research techniques to collect valid, structured, and actionable information aligned with project goals. * Systematize, organize, and analyze research data to identify patterns, findings, tensions, behaviors, and relevant insights for design and business teams. * Produce research deliverables such as reports, findings maps, learning syntheses, journey maps, insight matrices, or other project-required inputs. * Document evidence, sources, methodological decisions, and supporting materials to ensure traceability, reusability, and consistency of Design Research deliverables. * Update specialty knowledge repositories and systems—incorporating findings, learnings, reports, and final materials into the Design Info System or other team-defined spaces. * Provide technical support to Design Shapers and design teams, resolving operational or methodological queries within one’s scope of responsibility and escalating complex questions when appropriate. * Coordinate operational activities with Research Ops, facilitating participant management, incentives, documentation, scheduling, consent forms, or other inputs required for research execution. * Ensure the order and quality of research deliverables’ documentation, maintaining structures, naming conventions, versions, and evidence per specialty-defined standards. * Participate in specialty follow-up ceremonies, reporting progress, blockers, learnings, and support needs related to assigned research projects. * Contribute to knowledge management material creation by documenting best practices, recurring learnings, use cases, and applicable methodological references for future projects. * Support content preparation for Design Research dissemination spaces—contributing findings, examples, materials, or learnings for practice communities, workshops, or internal sessions. * Collaborate with other design specialties and related disciplines, providing research inputs that support the development of proposals, hypotheses, concepts, prototypes, or experience improvements. * Identify opportunities to improve research execution, proposing operational, methodological, or documentation adjustments within one’s area of responsibility. * Perform other duties assigned by the leader and promote continuous role improvement. **Requirements**: **Academic Requirements** * Academic background in disciplines such as Sociology, Psychology, Anthropology, or Industrial Design. **Required Experience** * Minimum of 4 years of solid, dedicated experience in Design Research or Service Design. * Preferably with prior experience in the banking or mass-consumer sector. **Technical Skills** * **Design and Analysis Tools:** Proficiency in tools such as Figma or Miro. * **Excel:** Intermediate level. * **Language:** Fluent English (especially reading proficiency). * *Preferred:* Initiative and knowledge in using Artificial Intelligence tools. **Operational and Soft Skills** * **Execution Focus:** Demonstrated ability to plan and practically conduct user interviews and diagnostics. * **Communication Skills:** Assertive and executive communication to effectively interact with diverse *stakeholders*. * **Interpersonal Skills:** Teamwork capability, proactivity, and strong customer empathy. **Responsible Banking** --------------------- Our responsible banking model **aims to build a more inclusive and sustainable society.** Because the future of finance is financing the future.
