Job Summary: We are seeking an Electrical Technician – Technical Support to install, configure, maintain, and repair espresso coffee machines, providing comprehensive technical support and user training. Key Responsibilities: 1. Equipment installation and configuration 2. Preventive and corrective equipment maintenance 3. Technical diagnosis and user training This is a Peruvian company specializing in the sale, representation, loan service (comodato), and technical support of espresso coffee machines, grinders, and professional equipment for their operation and optimal performance. We are currently looking for an **Electrical Technician – Technical Support**, who meets the following profile: **REQUIREMENTS:** * Graduate or Technician in Industrial Electricity or Mechatronics. * Minimum 2 years of experience as an industrial electrician. * Ability to interpret technical manuals, electrical diagrams, and exploded views. * Proficiency in using measuring instruments. * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and digital reporting applications. * Class A1 driver's license (desirable) * Intermediate English (desirable). **WORK CONDITIONS:** * Market-competitive salary + transportation allowance * On-site working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; Saturday, 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. (on-site) (availability for overtime and/or Sunday work required) * Work location: Lurin – km 40 of the Southern Pan-American Highway * Benefits: MYPE payroll (50% of statutory benefits) **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Install, configure, and commission new equipment. * Perform preventive maintenance on sold equipment. * Respond to corrective services and technical emergencies. * Conduct electrical, mechanical, and water quality diagnostics. * Train users on the operation of installed equipment. * Perform other duties as required by the technical support department.
