Job Summary: We are seeking a Field Project Controls, Intermediate to join our Minerals & Metals business line, focused on project cost control, progress monitoring, and scheduling. Key Responsibilities: 1. Supporting and executing project cost control and progress monitoring activities. 2. Developing and tracking field project schedules. 3. We are currently recruiting professionals for the **Field Project Controls, Intermediate** position to join our Minerals \& Metals business line on one of our major field projects. **About the Role** * Execute and support project cost control, progress measurement, and cost forecasting activities. * Develop and maintain project schedules, track progress, and support construction schedule control using integrated Project Management systems. * Monitor, analyze, and report on project status and performance, identifying variances and improvement opportunities. * Support project change management, ensuring proper recording, analysis, and tracking of modifications. * Provide technical support on cost control, planning, and scheduling systems, tools, and procedures. * Coordinate with internal teams and clients to collect and validate relevant information for project tracking and control. * Prepare progress, cost, and schedule reports, analyses, and presentations to support decision-making. **About You** * Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related fields. * Minimum 5 years of experience managing multidisciplinary Project Controls teams, including cost control, planning and scheduling, change management, and progress measurement on engineering and construction projects. * Technical software requirements: Practical knowledge of Primavera P6, Ecosys, or equivalent cost control applications. * Experience in cost control, forecasting, progress measurement, performance analysis, and preparation of monthly reports in engineering and project execution environments. * Ability to ensure adherence to recommended Project Management best practices. * Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Power BI. * Intermediate-level English proficiency (desirable). * Willingness to work under site-based arrangements.
