Today, we are looking for individuals with attitude, commitment, and communication skills to join our team as: EDUCATIONAL FIELD MANAGER – SOUTH LIMA MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Visit schools and public and private institutions. Map educational institutions and generate new opportunities. Manage agreements and strategic partnerships. Deliver informational talks and training sessions. Record and report the status of each visit. Drive and promote the institution’s educational programs. Participate in educational campaigns and events. Achieve assigned goals and performance indicators. CANDIDATE PROFILE Sociable, proactive individual with excellent communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to engage effectively with students, parents, and institutions. Ability to clearly and inspiringly convey the value of learning the English language. Positive, responsible, and results-oriented attitude. Prior experience in sales, customer service, or fieldwork is desirable. Must reside in South Lima: Chorrillos, Lurín, Pachacámac, or nearby areas.
