A prominent technology-sector company is currently seeking qualified human talent to fill the position of HR Supervisor. Requirements * Completed or incomplete studies in Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum of 3 years of experience leading HR departments. * Proven experience in personnel hiring and end-to-end recruitment processes. * Knowledge of creating and updating policies and procedures. * Knowledge of current labor laws. * Proficiency in administering psychometric tests and competency-based interviews. * Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office. * English: Intermediate. Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM; Saturdays, 9 AM to 1 PM. Responsibilities * Gathering information on hiring requirements. * End-to-end recruitment and selection process. * Administering and reporting psychometric assessments aligned with the position. * Management of Employee Welfare (medical leaves, life insurance policy registrations under applicable law). * Internal communication and organization of company events. * Preparation of personnel files. * Supervision of attendance tracking. * Contract management, including onboarding and renewals. * Training and onboarding of new and existing staff. * Development of internal procedures and policies. * Handling and supporting investigations, as well as SUNAFIL-related requests. * Other duties consistent with the position.
