Job Summary: Coordinate and monitor logistical and documentary processes, managing letters of credit, couriers, and shipment reports. Key Responsibilities: 1. Support for the Import Department 2. Management of letters of credit and international couriers **Job Description** ---------------------- Provide support to the Import Department by efficiently coordinating and monitoring logistical and documentary processes. Coordinate the opening of letters of credit according to terms agreed upon with international suppliers. Manage tracking of international couriers. Prepare and maintain detailed reports on shipment status. Logistics Dashboard Management: review booked and overdue shipments. Management and review of loads ready to be scheduled by the corresponding department. **Candidate Requirements** -------------------------- * Graduate in International Business, Administration, or related fields. * One year of experience in imports. * Basic level English proficiency. * Intermediate level Excel proficiency (pivot tables).
