You will work in a dynamic environment with clear processes and real opportunities for culinary development. ⸻ Responsibilities * Assist in ingredient preparation (mise en place). * Perform cutting, portioning, and basic food preparation. * Assist in plating during service. * Maintain order and cleanliness in the work area. * Comply with hygiene and food handling standards (GMP). * Assist in basic inventory control and supply management. * Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely service. ⸻ Requirements * Minimum 1 year of kitchen experience (preferably in restaurants). * Basic knowledge of knife skills, food production, and hot/cold kitchen operations. * Ability to work under pressure during peak hours. * Responsibility, punctuality, and teamwork. * Strong desire to learn and grow in the kitchen. * Availability to work in Miraflores. ⸻ Benefits * Base salary: S/ 1,500 * \+ Tips * Estimated monthly income: S/ 1,700 – S/ 1,900 * Meals * Formal employment registration * ⁠Continuous 8-hour schedule plus break * Positive work environment * Career growth path (cook / area supervisor) Employment type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,700\.00 \- S/.1,900\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
