Position Summary: This position contributes to providing and maintaining facilities that offer Church members spaces to work, worship, and learn, as well as to make and renew covenants and receive sacred ordinances. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages the operational budget and ensures efficient allocation of resources. 2. Leads teams of technical supervisors and evaluates performance. 3. Evaluates service consumption and recommends improvements to systems and assets. This position contributes to providing and maintaining facilities that offer Church members spaces where they can work, worship, teach, learn, and pray together, as well as make and renew covenants and receive sacred ordinances. * Develops the maintenance plan for assigned buildings based on their age. Estimates costs of spare parts, supplies, and consumables required for tasks and projects them into the operational expense. * Manages the operational budget, ensuring its proper allocation, control, and efficient use of resources in alignment with institutional policies and objectives. * Coordinates periodically with the Physical Facilities Administrator to identify operational needs and procurement requirements for spare parts, equipment, and supplies. * Evaluates service consumption in buildings, reviews the status of the operational budget, and recommends systems and assets to be considered for replacement and improvement projects. Also identifies minor repair and infrastructure (R\&I) projects and detects unscheduled projects requiring attention. * Leads the team of Technical Supervisors, evaluates performance, and ensures execution of maintenance plans within established quality standards and timelines. * Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field. * Specialization in Building Maintenance Management, Asset Management, Process Improvement, or related field. * Minimum of 5 years of experience in corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance of systems and physical facilities, with simultaneous management of maintenance across multiple sites. * Minimum of 2 years of experience leading and/or supervising work teams. * Knowledge of sanitary, electrical, structural, and electromechanical systems. * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Intermediate English proficiency preferred. * Willingness to travel. * Valid driver's license. * Skills in management and leadership, effective communication, interpersonal relations, and problem solving.
