Part-Time Waiter

Job Summary: We are seeking a waiter with customer service experience, English proficiency, and strong willingness to explain menus, take orders, handle requests, and resolve issues. Key Highlights: 1. Customer service and waiter experience (not mandatory) 2. Intermediate/advanced English proficiency (spoken and written) 3. Ability to resolve customer problems and complaints PROFILE: \- Minimum 6 months of experience as a waiter and/or in customer service (not mandatory). \- Intermediate/advanced level spoken and written English. \- Strong customer orientation and service mindset. \- Available to work rotating shifts and across different outlets. RESPONSIBILITIES: \- Present and explain the restaurant menu, including daily specialties and promotions. \- Accurately take customer orders. \- Attend to customer requests during service. \- Set up and clear tables before and after each meal, ensuring they are clean and properly arranged. \- Knowledge of food and beverage menus. \- Professionally and courteously resolve customer problems and complaints.
