




Job Summary: We are seeking a Non-Academic Process Analyst to plan, coordinate, and implement positioning and sales strategies for non-academic products. Key Highlights: 1. Conducts market research and coordinates marketing activities We are currently seeking a Non-Academic Process Analyst Requirements: - Bachelor's degree and professional license in Administration, Economics, Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Industrial Engineering, Psychology, or related fields. - Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience. - Experience in similar positions (desirable) Responsibilities: Plan actions to improve the positioning and preference of potential customers for the non-academic products under your responsibility. Coordinate and implement necessary strategies to achieve your product objectives. Coordinate with staff from non-academic production and service centers regarding activities of your units. Identify market opportunities to enhance the performance of the University's non-academic products. Conduct market research, identify trends and opportunities, perform benchmarking, and analyze competitors. Coordinate the operational execution of your tactical plans with internal departments of the Marketing Directorate to implement necessary product strategies. Coordinate actions with the telemarketing and digital marketing teams to achieve results and provide better customer service. Coordinate necessary actions to ensure proper attention from suppliers of goods and services. Achieve targets for customer acquisition and sales of the University's non-academic services. Coordinate internally with the Marketing Directorate team. Coordinate advertising investment (online and offline) and promotional materials under your responsibility.
