**What Are We Looking For?**
**Responsibilities:**
1. Participate in the appropriate implementation of the corporate operational risk management model to local realities.
2. Collaborate in implementing training programs that facilitate understanding and application of the operational risk management methodology.
3. Support the implementation of the operational risk appetite framework.
4. Participate in the appropriate implementation of the operational risk acceptance process.
5. Collaborate in monitoring operational risk management activities performed by members of the internal control model (Risk Control Assurer and Risk Control Specialist).
6. Manage the Operational Loss Database.
7. Collaborate in reporting the status of operational risk management to the entity’s various governance bodies.
8. Address and resolve recommendations assigned by Regulators, Internal Audit, and External Audit.
9. Promote continuous process improvement.
10. Perform other duties assigned by your immediate supervisor.
**Requirements:**
**Academic Qualification:** Degree in Engineering (Systems or Industrial), Business Administration, or Statistics.
**Experience:**
\- Minimum 2 years of experience in risk management or internal control (specifically operational risk) within financial institutions.
\- At least 1 year of experience in banking processes or services.
\- Preferably with experience executing controls for close-to-business work.
**Language:** Intermediate English.

**Additional Valued Qualifications:** Knowledge of data analytics and Artificial Intelligence.
