**REQUIREMENTS** * Education: Graduate of a Technical and/or University program in Engineering, Administration, and/or related fields. * Basic knowledge of Quality Management Systems ISO 9001; ISO 14001; ISO 45001; ISO 17020. (desirable) * Knowledge of Lifting Equipment characteristics. (desirable) * Experience: Minimum of 6 years in similar positions * Office: Intermediate level * Excel: Advanced level * English: Intermediate level * Skills: Effective communication, teamwork, proactive, organized, empathy, ability to find effective solutions. * Vocation: High degree of customer service orientation * Values: High commitment, integrity, and professional ethics * Availability for full-time work, with exclusive dedication to the organization **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Plan, coordinate, direct, and control commercial operational-level services by identifying required activities, necessary resources, deadlines, and estimated costs * Purchase air and/or land travel tickets, manage accommodations, and handle staff allowances to ensure proper service execution * Attend to client requirements promptly and effectively * Maintain direct contact with clients to provide necessary information regarding service scheduling and execution * Notify staff of services, ensuring all necessary information is provided for service execution, facilitating communication channels and direct mechanisms with the client's contact person * Keep updated service monitoring and measurement reports, indicators, and others * Comply with procedures and instructions assigned to their process * Monitor the status of compliance for delivered services * Perform other duties assigned by the General Management according to the nature of the position Indicate salary expectations, compensation based on evaluation.
