Welcome to a place where your talent and dedication find their home! · WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? Bachelor's degree in Psychology (mandatory). Master's and/or Doctoral degree in Psychology or related fields (mandatory). Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in quantitative research (mandatory). Minimum of 2 years of experience as a university faculty member (undergraduate and/or graduate level) teaching quantitative research courses (mandatory). Proficiency in data analysis software. Experience in competency-based course design. Familiarity with virtual learning platforms and digital pedagogical tools (Blackboard preferred). Training in research-related topics within the last 4 years. Interest in formative research with students and collaboration among faculty-researchers. Indexed publications in recent years (preferred). Availability to work in person at the La Molina and/or Miraflores campuses starting August 2026 (2026-2 cycle). · KNOWLEDGE AND COMPETENCIES Ability to effectively convey knowledge in both in-person and virtual settings. Skill in clearly and practically explaining complex concepts. Capacity to foster critical thinking and problem-solving skills in students. Adaptability to diverse learning styles and needs. Proficiency in digital teaching methodologies and tools. · WHAT WILL BE YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES? Deliver classes according to assigned schedules. Develop class materials meeting established standards and requirements. Develop and/or update the course syllabus. Design and grade student assessments. Participate in academic coordination meetings. Comply with academic regulations. Meet all performance indicators set by the Academic Department. Conduct virtual follow-up and interaction with students via the Blackboard platform. Coordinate tutoring activities with FAPSI tutors. Perform other duties as assigned by the Head of the Academic Department. · WHAT DO WE OFFER?
