We are seeking a Process Analyst to contribute to the identification, maintenance, and improvement of Innova Schools' Business Process Management System. Responsibilities: Execute process identification across the organization, identifying and documenting critical points requiring deeper analysis. Carry out the organization’s overall document consolidation process. Collect information from various process stakeholders to understand process execution and identify critical maintenance points and potential improvement opportunities. Develop training materials for respective process owners according to previously provided instructions. Actively collaborate with the entire process team to ensure use of internal methodology, consistency in process identification, and effective integration into the Business Process Management System. Utilize and understand the software supporting the Business Process Management System, participating in its updates. Maintain a high level of internal service provided by the department to the rest of the company, proactively identify improvement opportunities, and fulfill the department’s annual plan. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Business Administration, Business Engineering, or Industrial Engineering. Minimum 3 years of experience in process identification, flowcharting, documentation, and systematization, as well as in developing policies, guidelines, and procedures. Proficiency in process flowcharting software tools such as BIZAGI, VISIO, ARIS, and GOLDEN BELT. Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office. -Requirements- Minimum Education: University Graduate 3 years of experience Keywords: analyst
