To strengthen our team in Peru, we are seeking: **Procurement Analyst** Lima, Peru **Your Mission** Support procurement and supply management by evaluating and managing suppliers, organizing documentation, and sourcing new supply channels. Manage supplier claims and prepare reports, supporting international trade operations and internal process improvement to optimize operational efficiency. **What You’ll Do** * Provide support to Procurement and Supply Management, following procedures established by the SIG and internal procurement department guidelines. * Manage supplier evaluations in accordance with SIG procedures. * Identify new suppliers; research and investigate new services, materials, raw materials, and supplies. * Prepare, update, and maintain organized digital supplier files. * Record supplier claims and establish communication with suppliers to resolve them accordingly. * Perform statistical analysis of supplier claims; prepare reports on raw materials (costs), finished products (costs), supplier rankings, input rankings, import arrivals, and other assigned reports. * Support international trade management activities including forecasting, tracking, coordination, costing, and maintenance of information and documentation. * Support and collaborate in developing and improving internal procurement processes (e.g., process mapping, KPIs, procedures). * Execute the Procurement Plan and monthly KPI measurement.
