Ensure efficient and transparent use of resources through effective negotiations, in compliance with corporate, country-level, and donor policies, strategies, standards, and procedures. Ensure procurements are environmentally sustainable, promote gender-responsive approaches, and uphold Safeguarding for girls, boys, and young people. **ROLE DIMENSIONS** * Provide administrative support for planning and procurement of goods, services, and works based on principles, procedures, and standards outlined in the Supply Chain Operations Manual and donor guidelines. * Procure goods and services for assigned projects, functional areas, or program units, ensuring adherence to principles, procedures, and standards set forth in the Supply Chain Operations Manual, as well as donor guidelines up to the established threshold. * Support efforts to expand the supplier base. * Support achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs) and management standards for the Procurement pillar. **THE PERSON:** **Essential Requirements*** + Bachelor’s degree in Administration or related field. + Experience in nonprofit organizations. + Demonstrable honesty and integrity, due to the level of resources managed. **Knowledge:*** Knowledge of goods and services markets, local laws, and environmental considerations. * Proficiency with technological tools such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Teams, Zoom, among others. * Basic English language proficiency (desirable). * SAP system knowledge (desirable). **Skills*** Self-management capability. * Negotiation techniques. * Customer orientation. * Attention to detail, ensuring data integrity and quality. * Communication skills. * Teamwork and proactivity.
