Drive continuous improvement in production planning **Position Summary:** Production Planner**Location:** Peru \- Lima**Type:** Full-time**Reports To:** Supply Planning Manager **Position Purpose:**Generate production plans considering the agreed-upon available capacity level of Manufacturing lines, to ensure that finished and semi-finished products are available with high freshness, at the correct storage location, at the right time and in the right quantity, to meet customer demand and minimize costs. **A Day in the Life of...*** Establish an 18-month production plan for factories (including subcontracting, co-manufacturing, co-packers, co-fillers, as applicable) respecting the defined available capacity of each Manufacturing line. Generating forward-looking production plans to meet demand. * Establish Committed Capacity, including proposals for plant shutdowns, investments, etc., and provide input on labor requirements. * Proactively and effectively identify, address, and communicate all capacity-related issues. * Identify potential opportunities and improvements in collaboration with the factory within the 18-month horizon, balancing flexibility and reliability. * Actively manage adherence to annual volume commitments and the strategic volume planning process (i.e., Capex planning) by providing capacity simulations, scenario planning, and contingency proposals. Proactively engage with peer planners to share best practices, collaborate with LEAN Champions, Business Excellence, and Production Management to drive continuous improvement. * **What Will Make You Successful:*** Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field. * 3 years of experience in Supply Chain, Planning, or Production functions within Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) companies. * Experience managing long-term production plans. * Intermediate to advanced English proficiency; advanced Excel and Power BI skills; intermediate SAP knowledge. **Competencies:*** Initiative * Results orientation * Assertive communication * Critical thinking * Courage * Impact
