Position Summary: We are seeking a Professional Library Intern for an educational institution, responsible for organizing and managing bibliographic materials and providing administrative support. Management of bibliographic materials Our client, an educational institution, is looking for the following profile: Professional Library Intern **REQUIREMENTS:** * Graduate in Library Science and Information Sciences or related fields. * Availability to carry out in-person internships in Santiago de Surco. * Intermediate-level proficiency in office software tools. * Intermediate or advanced written and spoken English proficiency (desirable). * Availability to carry out internships from June through December 2026\. * Open to persons with disabilities **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Receive, inspect, maintain, and organize book loan packages issued to students, ensuring correct placement according to corresponding grade level. * Register and update information and content related to bibliographic materials. * Conduct periodic inventories and review items scheduled for disposal. * Maintain order and control over bibliographic materials assigned to the library. * Provide support in operational and administrative activities of the department. * Perform other duties assigned by the department head. **WORK LOCATION:** 100% in-person in Surco **WORK SCHEDULE:** Monday to Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. **BENEFITS:** * Financial stipend * Opportunity to gain professional experience at a reputable educational institution. * Pleasant working environment.
