Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to manage purchasing, negotiations, and imports, lead the supply chain, and ensure process efficiency. Key Highlights: 1. Teamwork and proactivity in problem solving **REQUIREMENTS:** · Graduates, bachelor's degree holders, or professionals with degrees in Administration, Industrial Engineering, International Business, or related fields. · Solid knowledge of purchasing and negotiation. · Knowledge of import procedures. · Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office. · Intermediate English proficiency. · Preferably residing in Northern Lima. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** · Prepare quotations and conduct quotation comparisons. · Handle import-related tasks—from purchase order issuance through customs clearance, including negotiation with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and transportation providers; quote and negotiate maritime, air, and multimodal freight rates for selecting and contracting freight forwarders; prepare quotations with overseas suppliers; communicate verbally with representatives of our overseas suppliers; send emails in English; and perform other related administrative tasks (e.g., coordination with customs authorities, suppliers, etc.), including file tracking. · Efficiently lead teams involved in the supply chain and manage processes with a focus on continuous improvement in both operational management and budgeting. · Issue purchase and service orders per departmental requirements and monitor and control their execution. · Establish a supplier database, selecting suppliers based on cost and quality criteria. · Track purchase orders from placement through delivery, resolving any issues that arise. · Coordinate with warehouse departments regarding stock management. · Perform other duties inherent to this position. **ATTITUDES:** \- Teamwork and ability to work under pressure \- Proactivity \- Problem-solving skills \- Responsibility \- Effective communication \- Commitment **WE OFFER:** \- A pleasant working environment \- Job stability Employment type: Full-time Salary: Starting from S/.1\.00 per year Work location: On-site employment
