Position Summary:
Supports IMS meeting management, training, procedures, as well as HSE inspections and root cause analysis of incidents.

**Responsibilities:**
* Provide support in managing meetings for processes covered under the IMS scope, in accordance with the integrated checklist (Corrective Action Request, Risk & Opportunity Matrix, Master List, Change Management, etc.).
* Support the execution of IMS training.
* Support the updating of IMS procedures, IPER, and AIA Matrix.
* Conduct HSE inspections and generate records.
* Deliver 5-minute safety talks.
* Perform documentary verification for supplier onboarding.
* Support root cause analysis and follow-up of corrective actions (SAC, 8D, RCCA), plant incidents, RAC, monitoring, and drills.
* Perform other duties inherent to the position as assigned by the supervisor.
**Requirements:**
* Students in their 10th semester or recent graduates in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related fields.
* Prior internship experience in auditing firms or companies implementing IMS is desirable.
* Knowledge of indicator management (desirable).
* Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards (desirable).
* Intermediate Excel skills.
* Basic English proficiency.
* Availability to undertake internships at our plant located in Lurín.
