Registration Analyst

Description

Job Summary: A licensed veterinarian responsible for managing and updating product registrations, responding to requests from government entities, and promoting continuous improvement. Key Highlights: 1. Product registration management and regulatory compliance 2. Interaction with government entities (SENASA, DIGESA, SANIPES) 3. Promotion of continuous improvement in processes RESPONSIBILITIES * Prepare and review registration application files using information provided by the R\+D and Quality Management and Line Management departments. * Organize and maintain up-to-date archives of product registration files for products marketed by the company. * Respond to information requests from SENASA, DIGESA, or SANIPES to complete production registration processes. * Provide product registration information to commercial departments. * Propose solutions and coordinate necessary actions to address the company's regulatory (legal) matters with government entities. * Establish and maintain ongoing relationships with personnel from government entities. * Comply with standard procedures of the quality management system. * Promote continuous improvement in processes led within the organization. REQUIREMENTS * Licensed veterinarian (degree-holding and registered) * Intermediate English proficiency * Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency * Knowledge of the VUCE system (desirable) * Knowledge of SOMA (desirable) * Knowledge of handling materials, municipal waste, and hazardous waste (desirable) * Driver's license (desirable) EXPERIENCE * 2 years in similar positions * Experience in registration procedures and communication with government entities SENASA, DIGESA, SANIPES Salary: S/.1\.00 \- S/.2\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
