Job Summary: UTEC seeks a Retention Coordinator to design and manage student retention plans, analyze data for decision-making, and collaborate cross-functionally. Key Responsibilities: 1. Design and manage student retention plans. 2. Analyze quantitative information for decision-making. 3. Present data-driven retention proposals. Analyze quantitative information for decision-making. Develop dashboards and follow-up reports. Conduct data analysis to identify insights and improvement opportunities. Collaborate cross-functionally with various departments. Present data-driven retention proposals, including objectives, indicators, and action plans (loyalty and retention). What are we looking for? Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. Experience in data analysis and management; experience in the education sector is desirable. Experience in defining and implementing data strategies. Knowledge of data architecture and governance. Proficiency in tools: Python, SQL, and Power BI. Data Science specialization is desirable. Strong analytical capability and orientation toward data-driven decision-making. What do we offer?
