What will be your mission? Provide commercial support to the Inside Sales team by preparing competitive quotations, tracking business opportunities, and managing commercial information—contributing to the growth of the customer portfolio and achievement of the company’s commercial objectives. **Responsibilities** * Support the Inside Sales team in daily commercial activities. * Register, update, and track quotations in company systems and tools. * Assist in preparing and sending quotations to customers. * Create Routing Orders and send instructions to the agent. * Coordinate with Operations, Pricing, Customer Service, and other teams to obtain necessary information for quotations and RO creation. * Maintain up-to-date information on tariffs, customers, suppliers, and commercial terms. * Prepare requested commercial and tracking reports for management. * Identify pending requests and promptly alert the responsible Inside Sales representative. * Provide support in handling urgent or high-volume requests. * Contribute to reducing response times and rework within the commercial area. **Requirements** * Completed technical or university studies in International Business Administration or International Trade. * Preferably 6 months or more experience as Sales Support, Sales Assistant, or Inside Sales Support at international freight forwarders. * Intermediate English proficiency. **Competencies**: Organization and Time Management Commercial Tracking (Pipeline / Quotations) Collaborative Work Customer Orientation Problem Solving Adaptability **Additional Information** What we offer: * Meal allowance starting from the fourth month, with annual incremental increases per policy. * Access to a discount platform for education and leisure establishments. * Psychological counseling services and wellness programs. * Occupational medical follow-up. * Birthday leave day.
