Focus on cost, schedule, and safety optimization At CULTINOR, a growing Peruvian mining company, we are seeking a Senior Civil Engineer to join a high-impact project. * Work location: San Isidro, Lima * Schedule: Monday to Friday **Position Mission** Strengthen technical support and engineering control during the detailed engineering and construction phases of the Katy Project, ensuring review, validation, and compatibility of technical deliverables to contribute to safe, efficient, and high-quality execution. **Main Responsibilities:** * Review, validate, and develop drawings, calculation memos, technical specifications, and engineering reports. * Participate in conceptual, basic, and detailed engineering development. * Provide technical support during procurement, construction, and commissioning phases. * Prepare technical data sheets, terms of reference, and project technical documentation. * Verify compliance with technical standards, design criteria, and specifications. * Identify incompatibilities and interferences among engineering disciplines. * Evaluate technical proposals, scope changes, and engineering queries. * Track resolution of observations raised by consultants, contractors, and suppliers. * Review quantities, measurements, and technical scopes of project components. * Propose improvements aimed at optimizing cost, schedule, safety, and constructability. **Requirements:** * Degree and professional license in Civil Engineering. * Minimum 10 years of experience in similar positions. * Experience in mining construction or related projects. * Knowledge of civil and structural design, earthworks, and platforms. * Proficiency in reading and interpreting multidisciplinary drawings. * Experience in engineering discipline coordination. * Proficiency in engineering software and review of 2D/3D models. * PMI project management knowledge is desirable. * PMP and/or BIM Management certification is desirable. * Intermediate English proficiency.
