Responsibilities: Student activation (access setup and welcome). Attendance and live class participation tracking. Academic progress monitoring. Re-engagement of inactive students. Coordination of facilitators during classes. Incident management and support. Payment tracking and system registration. Profile: Experience in customer service, follow-up, or education. High level of organization and proactivity. Clear communication and results orientation. Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Tools: Zoom, CRM, automation and management tools. KPIs: Activation, live attendance, progress, completion, and payments.
