




Job Summary: We are seeking a Technical Support Technician to perform maintenance, diagnostics, and configuration of equipment while providing assistance to end users. Key Responsibilities: 1. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on computer equipment. 2. Diagnose hardware and software malfunctions. 3. Provide assistance to end users and configure email accounts. A prestigious educational institution is currently seeking qualified personnel to fill the position of TECHNICAL SUPPORT. REQUIREMENTS: Technical degree in Systems, Computing, or Informatics. Certified experience. Availability to work onsite in the Cercado de Lima district. FUNCTIONS: Perform preventive and/or corrective maintenance on computer equipment. Provide support regarding proper use of computer equipment. Diagnose hardware and software malfunctions. Replace faulty components in equipment as necessary. Request missing parts based on the PC inventory. Configure user profiles and/or email accounts in Outlook. Provide assistance to end users. BENEFITS: Full payroll registration.
