Position Summary: Develop viable industrial textile solutions by leading co-creation, preparing technical specifications, and optimizing product cost and quality. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead co-creation and ensure optimization of product cost and quality. 2. Interpret customer needs and provide technical advice. 3. Define weaves, densities, textile structures, and finishing processes. **Position Objective:** Transform creative ideas and commercial requirements into viable industrial textile solutions by leading co\-creation meetings, preparing technical specifications, and ensuring optimization of cost, quality, and product standardization. **Main Responsibilities:** * Directly serve domestic and international customers to interpret their needs and provide technical advice. * Translate customer concepts or samples into clear specifications, preparing detailed technical specifications for prototypes and production. * Define the most suitable weaves, densities, textile structures, and final finishing processes at the plant (e.g., washing, softening, etc.). * Calculate material consumption, time, and processes to prepare competitive cost quotations based on orders. * Monitor the sampling process (*counter\-samples*) and conduct direct quality tests at the loom. **Requirements:** **Experience:** 1–2 years in similar positions within the textile industry. **Education:** Degree in Textile Design, Textile Engineering, Fashion Design, or related fields. **Knowledge:** * Textile structures, weaves, and finishes for woven fabrics. * CAD textile design software (Penelope, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.). * Material consumption calculations and commercial cost estimation. * Development of woven fabric collections and prototypes. * Warping, weaving, and quality control processes (preferred). * Advanced English. * Intermediate Italian (preferred). * AI tools. **Competencies:** * Customer orientation. * Teamwork. * Effective communication. * Leadership. *Pursuant to Law No. 29973, "General Law for Persons with Disabilities," we do not discriminate against persons with special abilities.
