Manages talent training and development 2. Implements career path progression initiatives 3. Supports performance management processes ***FUNCTION:*** Responsible for managing employee training through the development and implementation of the Annual Training Plan, as well as implementing career path progression actions and supporting performance management processes for personnel at the Operations Center, thereby strengthening talent development and organizational capabilities. ***PROFILE:*** **Academic Qualification:** Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Management, or related fields. **Work Experience:** * General: Four (04\) years preferred in private companies or state entities. * Specific: Two (02\) years in positions with similar characteristics and responsibilities. **Knowledge:** * Performance evaluation * Career path * Succession planning * Risk management * Organizational competencies * Position profiles * Basic English * Office software \- Intermediate level Salary: S/.2,700\.00 \- S/.3,000\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
