Job Summary: Support the Marketing Manager through translation, revision, and adaptation of texts and content, complemented by marketing-related activities. Key Highlights: 1. Job Objectives: * Provide consistent support to the Marketing Manager by translating, revising, and adapting texts, documents, and content from one language to another, maintaining accuracy, coherence, terminology, and context of the original material. * Additionally, provide complementary support for activities related to the Marketing department. Portuguese Content Revision and Adaptation: * Translate texts, documents, articles, reports, presentations, corporate materials, and other content from one language to another with accuracy and coherence. * Ensure translated content retains the tone, context, intent, and terminology of the original text. * Review spelling, grammar, writing style, and consistency of translated documents. * Adapt content according to the target country, audience, and usage context. * Maintain uniformity in terminology across documents, publications, and other company materials. * Coordinate with the Marketing Manager on prioritization and delivery of translation tasks. Education: * Bachelor’s degree, graduate, or technical diploma in Translation and Interpretation, or related fields. (Mandatory) * Experience in translating corporate, technical, and/or commercial content. (Mandatory) Training: * English (Mandatory — advanced level). * Portuguese (Mandatory — advanced level). * Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. (Mandatory) * Knowledge of translation and text revision tools. (Mandatory) * Basic knowledge of Canva is desirable. * Basic knowledge of SEO and web content management is desirable. * Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence tools applied to translation and content revision is desirable.
