Collaborate in cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions **Job Description** ---------------------- Identify medical-domain needs and create intuitive, user-centered user experiences * Research, measure, and propose continuous improvements to the user experience to understand users' needs, behaviors, and motivations. * Design and implement user research strategies and methodologies, including quantitative, qualitative, market, and ethnographic studies. * Analyze and interpret user research data to identify key patterns and trends. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and evaluate key insights and propose new solutions with appropriate UX design. * Communicate research findings effectively through oral and written presentations. * Create user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes representing the user experience. * Create user journeys, empathy maps, user personas, and mental models representing the "AS IS" and "TO BE" states. * Conduct usability studies to evaluate design effectiveness and collect user feedback. * Identify friction points or experience gaps to drive innovative solutions. * Make strategic design and UX decisions related to product features. * And other duties inherent to this position. **Candidate Requirements** -------------------------- * University graduate in UX Design and/or digital products. * Minimum of 3 years of experience in user research and UX design. * Intermediate English proficiency preferred.
