Supervise the inflow and outflow of materials and spare parts in warehouses to comply with established procedures and regulations. Plan and execute the monthly automatic material replenishment system (MRP) to ensure adequate supply. Manage replenishment of contracted consignments to guarantee required stock levels for internal customers. Oversee preparation of material and spare parts dispatch waybills to comply with established regulations and procedures. Supervise and audit inventory accuracy through planning of general and cyclical inventories. Coordinate directly with maintenance, procurement, and operations leaders to anticipate critical stock needs. Requirements Completed university degree in Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. Excel (intermediate) English (intermediate) Certification in forklift operation (desirable) Knowledge of international trade Knowledge of KPIs in Inventory Management SAP proficiency (MM module) Experience leading teams 1–2 years’ experience as Warehouse/Dispatch/Logistics Analyst or less than 1 year as Coordinator.
