Job Summary: Serves customers, provides product consultation on dance and fitness items, closes sales, resolves inquiries, and maintains store organization and inventory. Key Responsibilities: 1. Customer service and in-store and social media sales closing. 2. Specialized consultation on dance and fitness products. 3. Comprehensive store management: organization, inventory, and logistics. • Serve customers in physical stores, via WhatsApp, and on social media. • Provide consultation on dance, fitness, and sports accessories. • Follow up with potential customers and close sales. • Efficiently resolve inquiries, exchanges, and complaints. • Achieve established sales targets. • Maintain store organization, cleanliness, and proper product display. • Monitor basic inventory levels and report shortages. • Assist with goods receiving and restocking. • Coordinate orders and deliveries with warehouse or logistics. • Verify correct store opening and closing procedures.
