Job Summary: We are seeking a Computer and Network Technician to ensure the proper operation of equipment, systems, and networks, providing comprehensive technical support to users. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive technical support for hardware, software, and networks 2. Installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer equipment 3. LAN and Wi-Fi network administration and support At the Club de Regatas Lima, we are looking for a Computer and Network Technician on a temporary basis (1.5 months), who will be responsible for ensuring the proper operation of the organization's equipment, systems, and networks. REQUIREMENTS: Technical graduate or university bachelor’s degree in Computing, Systems, Informatics, or related fields. Minimum 3 years of experience in technical support for hardware, software, and networks. Knowledge of installation and configuration of equipment and operating systems (Windows, Linux and/or macOS). Basic knowledge of networks (LAN, Wi-Fi, IP) and Windows servers. Proficiency with remote support tools and Microsoft Office. Basic knowledge of information security and desirable experience in cloud environments (AWS or others). RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide technical support to users for hardware, software, and networks. Install, configure, and maintain computer equipment and systems. Diagnose and resolve technical incidents promptly. Administer and support LAN and Wi-Fi networks. Perform remote and on-site support. Document technical incidents and solutions. CONDITIONS: Work modality: On-site – Chorrillos Working hours: Monday to Friday, 1:00 PM to 9:30 PM, and Sundays, 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM. Saturdays off. Temporary contract with statutory benefits.
