




Position Summary: We are seeking a Head of Human Resources to design, implement, and optimize HR strategies, with experience in talent management and team leadership. Key Highlights: 1. Coordination of training programs The AOPIP Club is seeking a Head of Human Resources, targeting professionals with solid experience in talent management, team leadership, and organizational development. The ideal candidate must possess the ability to design, implement, and optimize human resources strategies aligned with institutional objectives. Responsibilities 1. Conduct job analysis and design job profiles and salary scales according to the Association’s organizational structure and in compliance with established regulations, policies, and directives. 2. Develop and oversee the recruitment, selection, onboarding, and induction process for personnel, applying formal scheduled procedures; aiming to facilitate the employee’s adaptation, participation, and active identification with the Association. 3. Prepare employment contracts in coordination with the Legal Department. Ensure compliance with current labor legislation and the Association’s internal regulations. 4. Supervise adherence to working hours and monitor personnel labor liabilities: vacations, bonuses, CTS (Compensatory Time Savings), Life Insurance Law, SCTR (Occupational Safety and Health Insurance), EPS (Health Insurance Providers), among others. 5. Manage payroll records and remuneration slips, vacation records, severance settlements, bonuses, CTS, and other related documents. 6. Evaluate personnel in areas under the HR department’s responsibility for contract renewals, promotions, salary increases, and/or vacation scheduling, in coordination with Area Heads and Management; preparing the corresponding report. 7. Coordinate and supervise the personnel separation process—whether due to dismissal, voluntary resignation, or contract expiration—ensuring compliance with legal provisions and internal regulations, as well as timely payment of corresponding social benefit settlements. 8. Promote updates to AOPIP’s mission, vision, manuals, regulations, and other internal norms, and ensure their dissemination among staff. 9. Plan and coordinate training programs to maximize human talent utilization and foster motivation toward achievement and self-improvement, both personally and organizationally. 10. Administer the Social Welfare System for employees and supervise HR-related tasks concerning grievance handling and resolution. 11. Foster and encourage communication and interaction among staff to cultivate an appropriate organizational environment. 12. Attend proceedings summoned by the Ministry of Labor, SUNAFIL, and other entities, upon special assignment by Management and/or the Presidency, accompanied by the legal advisor. 13. Perform other duties assigned by Management related to the position’s mission.
