We are Jump Spot, a leading company in the trampoline and bounce entertainment sector, serving families, businesses, and events. What is the challenge? Teaching basic tricks and delivering dynamic experiences to provide a unique and distinctive play-area experience (trampolines, foam pits, and ball pits). Adhering to the store's scheduled working hours. Reporting customer incidents and needs. Cleaning, organizing, and maintaining work areas to ensure an optimal environment. Reporting any incidents within the park to ensure immediate response. Verifying that customers comply with established operational regulations. Reporting incidents or accidents to activate the company's established protocols and procedures. Providing clear and appropriate information to customers to prevent confusion and unforeseen issues. What do you need to jump with us? Completed secondary education. Availability to work rotating shifts. Residence in districts adjacent to Jockey Plaza.
