Main Responsibilities: • Provide friendly, efficient, and personalized service to customers. • Promote product sales and suggest consumption options. • Maintain active communication with customers to ensure a satisfactory experience. • Take orders and coordinate promptly with relevant departments. • Maintain order and cleanliness in the assigned work area. Requirements: • Prior experience in customer service, restaurants, bars, or restobars (preferred). • Strong communication skills and sales orientation. • Proactive, dynamic, and responsible attitude. • Confidence to interact with and approach customers in a friendly and professional manner. • Ability to work collaboratively and under pressure. • Availability to work night shifts.
