Support across all work areas (electrical, plumbing, masonry) An exclusive multi-sport club is currently seeking a top-tier professional to fill the position of Multifunctional Technician, with the following profile: · REQUIREMENTS: 1 year of experience in similar positions Technical graduate or currently enrolled in technical programs or specialties such as Masonry, Plumbing, Locksmithing, Electrical Engineering, Mechanics, Electromechanics, HVAC, or related fields. Proficiency in woodworking machinery. Knowledge of Drywall and Melamine structures. Knowledge of fine finishing techniques. Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, carpentry, and painting. Availability to work in Chorrillos. · MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: Ensure the good condition of facilities in general, providing support across all work areas (electrical, plumbing, masonry, carpentry, welding, painting, boiler operations, etc.) within the club premises. Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance tasks for various facilities, machinery, and equipment of the club, according to scheduled plans and area-specific needs. Perform corrective maintenance on minor electrical and plumbing installations, locksmithing, minor carpentry, or basic painting through diligent, orderly, clean, and reliable interventions, aiming to meet maximum response times for corrective maintenance. Operate and perform preventive and corrective maintenance on boilers and heat exchangers to ensure normal supply of steam and hot water. Request various necessary materials and spare parts required to carry out assigned tasks via the official requisition form from the immediate supervisor. Properly manage operational reports and checklists for each activity performed during assigned preventive and corrective maintenance, ensuring accurate and timely recording of information using organizational tools designated for this purpose. Report hazardous conditions or situations to the immediate supervisor for timely prevention and action. Record and monitor water and energy consumption parameters. Provide support for additional activities assigned by the immediate supervisor. Execute necessary activities to fulfill projects under the Operations Department’s responsibility.
