Development and monitoring of inventory and service KPIs Newport Capital, an entertainment-sector company, is seeking a PLANNING MANAGER who will be responsible for ensuring optimal product availability through integrated demand and supply planning, guaranteeing business service levels at the lowest possible inventory cost. Main Responsibilities: Analyze historical demand and operational forecasts to project supply requirements. Execute the material requirements planning (MRP) process, defining optimal replenishment quantities and timing. Propose inventory policies (e.g., safety stock, coverage levels, etc.). Coordinate with Operations, Technical, and Restaurant departments to validate projected demand. Monitor deviations between actual consumption and forecast, identifying root causes and generating timely alerts. Develop and monitor KPIs related to inventory, service level, and planning. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields (mandatory). Specialization or diploma in logistics or supply chain (mandatory). Minimum 2 years of experience as a demand planning analyst or manager. Knowledge: SAP Office 365 (Advanced Excel) Power BI (Advanced level) Bizagi (desirable) AI tools (desirable) Knowledge of demand planning, MRP, and inventory management · Conditions We offer a monthly salary of PEN 4,500 on payroll, including all statutory benefits.
