Position Summary: We are seeking a university intern to support process documentation, continuous improvement, project management, and data analysis, contributing to the team through coordination and follow-up. Key Highlights: 1. Support in documentation and continuous process improvement 2. Project management and action plan tracking 3. Dashboard updates and operational metrics analysis Requirements: Completed university degree, graduated in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering and/or Administration. Minimum 6 months of experience as a Quality Intern and/or Continuous Improvement Intern. Basic quality courses. (Desirable) Knowledge and application of good practices. (Desirable) Responsibilities: Support in documenting processes and procedures in their AS IS version (flowcharts, procedures). Uploading documents to Goldenbelt and generating corresponding approval workflows. Recording, updating, and tracking personnel entries, exits, and promotions on the Goldenbelt platform. Support in tracking action plans. User-level project management in internal tools such as Sites and digital repositories. Consolidation of operational data. Updating dashboards in Excel or Power BI. Monitoring metrics and indicators. Supporting continuous improvement projects. Preparing meeting minutes and tracking commitments. Coordinating information gathering with user departments. Supporting the creation of forms, templates, and administrative resources. Coordinating team events, activities, and integration initiatives. Managing requests with the Internal Communications department and tracking their resolution. Document version control. Any other tasks assigned by the direct supervisor.
