We are currently seeking a PROJECT MANAGER. REQUIREMENTS: -Architecture/Engineering or related field, with project management knowledge. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering. Minimum 3 years of experience managing construction projects in shopping malls. Proven experience managing office and/or retail construction projects. Knowledge of supply chain management. Strong cost and budget management skills. Knowledge of cash flow, strategic planning, project management, and service management. Strong understanding of loyalty programs. High strategic orientation. Proficiency in negotiation techniques and crisis management. Strong customer service orientation. Proficiency in tools: AutoCAD, BIM, MS Project, and Microsoft Office Suite. ISO standards. Organization, autonomy, proactivity, and decision-making ability. Experience leading multidisciplinary teams. Teamwork and performance under pressure. Dashboard and KPI management. RESPONSIBILITIES: Plan, coordinate, and supervise all project phases, ensuring adherence to timelines, budget, quality, and defined objectives. Define project scope, deliverables, and schedule in coordination with stakeholders and involved departments. Manage human, material, and financial resources, optimizing usage and minimizing risks. Lead and motivate multidisciplinary teams, promoting effective communication and high performance. Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, incidents, and changes, implementing contingency plans when necessary. Conduct continuous project progress tracking through status reports, key indicators, and deliverable control. Ensure deliverable quality and compliance with established standards. Manage vendors and coordinate project-related payments. Coordinate project closure, documenting results, lessons learned, and improvement opportunities.
