Position Summary: We are seeking an Architect to join our operations team, supervising construction works, providing technical coordination, and participating in green space projects. Participation in real and growing projects At Jardines y Equipos, we are looking for an Architect to join our operations team and participate in green space development projects, construction supervision, and technical coordination. We seek a candidate with strong technical judgment, organizational capability, and operational coordination skills—oriented toward efficient project delivery and fieldwork. **Main Responsibilities** \* Technically supervise the execution of construction works and projects in the field. \* Interpret and validate architectural and technical drawings. \* Perform quantity take-offs and progress valuations of construction works. \* Coordinate with operational staff and contractors during project execution. \* Prepare technical reports and progress updates. \* Verify compliance with technical specifications and quality standards. \* Participate in technical site visits and field data collection. \* Support operational planning and project organization. **Requirements** \* Bachelor's degree or professional title in Architecture. \* Proficiency in AutoCAD and Excel. \* Familiarity with SketchUp, Lumion, or other design and visualization software is desirable. \* Prior experience in construction supervision, landscape projects, or related fields is desirable. \* Professional experience is not mandatory if the candidate demonstrates technical competence, responsibility, and learning ability. \* Availability for on-site work. \* Willingness to travel and temporarily reside at project sites both within and outside Metropolitan Lima, as required by operational needs. **Valued Competencies** \* Effective communication. \* Leadership and technical judgment. \* Organization and attention to detail. \* Adaptability and problem-solving skills. \* Teamwork. \* Results orientation. \* Proactivity and commitment. **Benefits** \* Formal employment registration. \* SCTR insurance. \* Participation in real and growing projects. \* Opportunities for professional development. \* Positive work environment and continuous learning.
