Position Summary: We are seeking an Interior Architect with proven experience in design, development, and supervision of projects, and with practical knowledge of interior design, finishes, and construction processes. Ability to resolve issues arising during project execution. **JOB OPENING – INTERIOR ARCHITECT** * Work location: Comas, Lima * Salary: S/ 1,500 * Employment mode: On-site We are looking for an Interior Architect with proven experience in design, development, and supervision of projects, capable of working both in the office and on-site. We seek a professional with practical knowledge of interior design, finishes, and construction processes, sound professional judgment, and the ability to resolve issues during project execution. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * Develop interior design proposals according to project requirements. * Prepare, modify, and review architectural and interior drawings. * Develop construction details, finishes, and technical specifications. * Select and coordinate materials, furniture, and design elements. * Prepare quantity take-offs, budgets, and support quotation preparation. * Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and site personnel. * Monitor project progress from the office. * Supervise on-site work and verify proper execution. * Track progress, inspect finishes, and document observations. * Prepare photographic reports and track incidents. **REQUIREMENTS** * Graduate or licensed architect. * Proven experience in interior design and project execution. * Experience in on-site supervision and progress monitoring. * Proficiency in reading and interpreting drawings. * Knowledge of materials, finishes, and construction processes. * Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and rendering software. * Ability to prepare and review quantity take-offs, budgets, and quotations. * Ability to coordinate with suppliers and site personnel. * Organizational skills, responsibility, professional judgment, and initiative. * Problem-solving ability and capacity to make decisions on-site. **WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?** A person who truly understands interiors and construction—not only possessing design knowledge but also able to interpret drawings, identify materials and finishes, supervise execution, and detect errors on-site.
