We are currently looking for talent for the position of **Logistics Assistant.** If you are a committed individual who enjoys teamwork and wish to become part of our **VAPE STATION** family, this is your opportunity. **Main Responsibilities:** * Diagnose and map current supply chain flows to identify potential issues and propose designs for more efficient flows. * Prepare logistics reports and management indicators. * Update and validate information in ERP systems. * Monitor inventory levels, turnover, and stockouts. * Analyze inventory discrepancies and generate alerts. * Assess the logistical impact on the company's commercial campaigns. * Support the development of dashboards and reports on inventory, logistics costs, and cycle times. * Consolidate operational, dispatch, and replenishment data. * Monitor logistics KPIs. * Support process improvements and automation of reporting. **Requirements:** * Technical diploma or graduate/bachelor’s degree in Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience in Inventory Logistics Management, Warehouse Logistics Management, or related areas. * Data handling and KPI management skills. * Advanced Excel and Power BI proficiency. * ERP experience preferred (not mandatory). **Schedule and Conditions:** On-site at the office (Santa Beatriz).
