Opportunity for professional growth and dynamic work. **JOB DESCRIPTION** We are seeking a creative and results-oriented Digital Marketing professional to manage the online presence and advertising campaigns of our real estate team. The selected candidate will collaborate closely with sales advisors to enhance property visibility, generate leads, and strengthen the brand across digital platforms. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * Coordinate and create content together with real estate advisors. * Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns on TikTok Ads. * Manage and optimize campaigns on Google Ads. * Social media management (Community Management): posts, engagement, and monitoring. * Develop and actively maintain profiles on LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram. * Design graphic assets, visuals, and flyers for digital content. **REQUIREMENTS** * Experience in digital marketing, social media, or similar roles. * Practical knowledge of TikTok Ads and Google Ads. * Experience managing social media accounts. * Proficiency with design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop, or others). * Creativity, proactivity, and results orientation. * Real estate industry experience is preferred but not mandatory. **WE VALUE** * Ability to collaborate effectively with sales professionals. * Skill in producing attractive and strategic content. * Awareness of digital trends and social media platforms. **WE OFFER** * Opportunity for professional growth. * Dynamic work environment. * MYPE payroll from day one.
